Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF), with a minimum of 1+ years of experience, to join a school-based team. New grads are welcome.
Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and experience working with children in educational settings. Strong communication skills and knowledge of IEP processes are essential.
Key responsibilities:
Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations
Track progress and adjust therapy strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
Offer consultation and resources for families
