Principal Test Development Engineer

Seeking a Principal Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions Department onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

Requires U.S. citizenship and an active transferable security clearance (Secret level, sponsorship available).

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying complex test hardware, software, and firmware across disciplines like Power, RF, Analog, and Digital.

Lead medium-to-large teams, collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams, and ensure test readiness and optimization throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications include a STEM degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, leadership skills, and experience with test equipment automation and design tools such as TestStand, LabVIEW, and NI hardware.
