Principal Test Development Engineer

Seeking a Principal Test Equipment Design Engineer in Tewksbury, MA, to develop advanced test platforms for defense systems.

Requires U.S. citizenship and active, transferable Secret security clearance (Raytheon will sponsor clearance).

Role involves designing, building, and integrating hardware/software for analog, digital, RF, and high-power testing solutions.

Lead development from requirements to deployment, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams.

Manage technical teams, troubleshoot onsite, and ensure test readiness and optimization.

Qualifications include a STEM degree, 8+ years relevant experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of test equipment and automation tools.

Preferred skills include project management, TestStand, LabVIEW, RF/digital hardware design, and automation experience.
