Seeking a Principal Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions Department onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

Requires U.S. citizenship and active security clearance, with sponsorship available.

Designs and develops advanced test platforms for analog, digital, RF, high power, and embedded software, supporting full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Leads hardware, software, and firmware development, collaborates across teams, and ensures smooth integration into manufacturing.

Manages medium-to-large teams, provides technical leadership, and supports manufacturing operations through troubleshooting.

Requires a STEM degree, 8+ years relevant experience, leadership skills, and ability to obtain clearance. Preferred skills include project management and test automation tools.
