Paraprofessional Sign Language Interpreter Part or Full-TIme

Seeking a Part-Time Paraprofessional with at least 1+ years of interpreting experience, preferably fluent in ASL, to support a Pre-K student near Springfield, MO.

Position Highlights:

Provide one-on-one support for a young learner with communication needs

Collaborate with educators to promote academic, social, and emotional growth

Focus on individualized instruction and positive reinforcement

What We're Looking For:

Warm, patient, and dedicated personality with a passion for working with children

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, active listener

Experience in early childhood, special education, or behavior support is a plus

Requirements:

Active Missouri DESE Paraprofessional or Substitute Certificate preferred but not required

Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Dependable transportation and punctuality

Ability to sit/stand on the classroom floor to interact with student
