Job ID: 25-87442 Pay Range: $68 - $70/hour.

to those catalog items.Linking raw/discovery evidence to software titles.Consulting with other projects on data catalog processes (i.e.

process design).Supporting internal request processes by working off of work order tickets.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Helix and Flexera, Service Management and Product CatalogKnowledge of general software install and software discovery behaviorsKnowledge and understanding of both Hardware and Software Management processes and the data involvedWorking knowledge of a Service Management and Product Catalog (ideally Helix and Flexera) for managing Hardware, Software and other Service Management ProductsSoft skills: customer service skills, collaborative, quick learner, ability to identify priority work, ability to follow documented processesStrong troubleshooting and requirements gathering skillsProficient with Microsoft apps like Word and ExcelFamiliar with working Service Request queues and accomplishing related tasks Our client is a leading Insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
