Mechanical Superintendent - Semiconductor & EV Factory Construction

About the Role: Diamond Peak Recruiting is placing Mechanical Superintendents on CHIPS Act-funded semiconductor and EV battery plant projects.

You’ll oversee HVAC, piping, and mechanical installations in high-tech factories, tapping into a 10% growing manufacturing sector.

Enclosed environments ensure year-round work, perfect for winter stability.

Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical installations (HVAC, piping, cleanroom systems) for $1B+ factory builds.Lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and enforce safety protocols.Monitor project schedules and budgets using tools like Primavera P6.Ensure quality control for mission-critical manufacturing systems.

Qualifications: 6+ years as a Mechanical Superintendent or similar in commercial or industrial construction.Experience with HVAC, piping, or cleanroom systems; semiconductor/EV experience a plus.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; OSHA 30 certification preferred.Ability to relocate to Columbus, Phoenix, or Austin (assistance provided).
