Desired experience/skills:Minimum of 20 years of experience (education, municipal, healthcare and/or commercial architecture preferred)Professional degree in architectureArchitectural/design background and proficiency in the Revit building information modeling BIM platformUnderstanding construction contracts and general conditions of construction projectsWell-rounded experience in all phases of design, construction documentation, codes, specifications, and construction administrationDrawing skills and knowledge of construction techniques/detailingExperience with building and zoning codesAbility to be a point person with clients and a team leader Complete benefits package and pay commensurate with experience.
