About the Role
As the PPC Specialist, you’ll manage advertising strategy and execution across multiple e-commerce brands.
You’ll design, launch, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns, ensuring top performance and ROI through daily checks, weekly optimizations, and insightful reporting.
You’ll typically handle 4–6 brands, each with its own goals, audiences, and challenges — making your impact both strategic and measurable.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily account checks on bids, budgets, and performance metrics
Conduct weekly campaign optimizations (~2.5 hrs per client per week)
Create and refine Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD)
Execute keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
Collaborate with account managers and designers to align PPC strategy with brand goals
Monitor and report on KPIs like ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and CVR
Stay current on Amazon Ads trends, automation tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC/Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of Amazon advertising metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR)
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Pacvue, JungleScout, or similar platforms is a plus
Independent, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional with strong ownership mindset
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
