Salary and benefits

Ohio Public Employees Retirement System
OPERS is the retirement system for State of Ohio employees. The employee contributes 10% of their salary toward their retirement. The employer contributes an amount equal to 14% of the employee’s salary.

Job opportunity
The Legislative Service Commission currently has an opening on its IT staff for an in-office Help Desk technician. The Help Desk technician will be the first point of contact for technical issues across the agency. Duties include:
Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or MS Teams;
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues, including:
Windows, MS Office, printers, phones, connectivity, etc.;
Set up equipment for meetings/events;
Assist with posting documents to the LSC website.
