Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with Siemens scanner experience and current BLS and ARRT certification for a day shift position. Responsibilities

Work in a teaching hospital serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department populations

Perform CT scans on extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, and chest/thorax

Uses Siemens CT scanners with emphasis on IV start and contrast administration skills

5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with rotating every 3rd weekend and holiday coverage as needed

Start times may vary based on unit needs

Floating to different units within the organization may be required

Responsibilities include conducting CT scans, starting IVs, administering contrast, and supporting care in a multidisciplinary teaching environment

Candidates must comply with urgent Ohio fingerprinting process following contract acceptance

Previous employees eligible if separated from the facility for at least 6 months; current employees not eligible

Locals are accepted at the same rate

All requests for time off must be submitted with application

Holiday and weekend shift rotations are required Requirements

Current BLS and ARRT certification required

Minimum experience with inpatient, outpatient, and ER cases

Experience with IV start and administration of contrast required

Skilled in X-ray procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, and chest/thorax

Siemens CT scanner experience preferred

Two professional references required, one from a supervisor or manager; coworker references not accepted
