Financial Manager

As Financial Manager, you'll be the financial backbone of our business, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, cash flow visibility, and strategic financial planning. Your mission: to ensure the business runs profitably and efficiently while staying compliant and financially sound. Youll work closely with project teams, procurement, and operations, bridging the gap between finance and the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of the financial function, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

Oversight of labour recovery, project costing, and operational performance metrics

Cash flow management and working capital optimisation

Variance analysis, cost control, and identifying margin improvement opportunities

Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, tax submissions, and audit readinessJob Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of post-article experience in a finance management role

Experience in industrial, engineering, or construction sectors is highly advantageous
