About the Role:
This pivotal role ensures the accurate and timely processing of sales data, which is crucial for determining franchisee payments and recognising top performance and market share. You'll be at the heart of our financial operations, contributing directly to the success of our franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing: Import and enter sales data into our corporate financial database, ensuring meticulous reconciliation and accuracy. Meet monthly deadlines for all franchisee reports.
Report Generation: Create essential national reports and collaborate with state corporate teams to address reporting requirements and queries. Ensure all staff updates are completed before report generation.
Daily Banking: Reconcile banking activities and accurately enter data into the finance system. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unallocated payments.
Reconciliations & Follow-up: Proactively follow-up on outstanding invoices, escalating as needed to supervisors and corporate teams. Assist offices with nil settled sales, nil commissions, and outstanding settlements, maintaining detailed notes ad tracking spreadsheets.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to franchisees, resolving account and report queries in a timely manner. Make necessary adjustments to accounts or direct debit payments.
Invoicing Support: Assist the team with invoicing for auctions and other ad-hoc requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Netsuite experience preferred.
Background in data processing and / or finance, preferably accounts receivable.
Real estate administration experience is highly regarded.
Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills and build strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
Strong initiative and a drive for continuous improvement.
A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
