Position Overview:
Join a rapidly growing, skincare facility that empowers employees to deliver exceptional patient experiences!
The primary function of this role is to drive and manage the sales of Aesthetics by building a selling culture within, as well as managing employees.
This position will manager Upper Arlington & Easton Locations!
Your Role:
Oversee daily operations across multiple Aesthetic offices, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Manage regional budgets, monitor P&L reports, and maintain accurate inventory and par levels for each location
Standardize provider performance reviews, train and coach Aesthetic teams, and collaborate with Dermatology Providers.
Drive patient care consistency, retention, and satisfaction by modeling Core Values and maintaining open, solution-oriented communication.
Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of Aesthetic staff and Providers.
Partner with headquarters to align on strategy while supporting marketing, events, and social media initiatives to boost visibility and growth.
Increase patient count and revenue through proven marketing strategies, product/service promotion, and effective sales techniques.
Requirement
Experienced manager with proven leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, effective across all organizational levels
Skilled in budgeting, quantitative analysis, and operational problem-solving
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient in time management with working knowledge of Windows and Outlook.
Preferred
Minimum Associate's degree in management or related field of study
2-5 years in a sales or leadership role

60-75K Salary plus:
