We’re hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to capture beautiful homes across Cleburne and the surrounding are. No experience? No problem. We provide all the training and gear you need.

This is an active, flexible, on-the-go role where every day looks different - you’ll visit new properties, meet great people, and represent a growing local brand in the real estate industry.

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face of our company and provide an incredible client experience - represent our brand with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Capture beautiful real estate photos and video

Travel to homes and properties across Cleburne, managing your schedule and time efficiently.

Upload raw photo and video files at the end of each day (no editing required).

Follow our simple, step-by-step process to ensure every client gets consistent, high-quality service.

Problem-solve on the go - stay adaptable and calm if lighting, weather, or timing changes.

What Can Be Challenging

We want to be upfront - this role isn’t for everyone.

Since bookings vary, your schedule will too. You’ll have flexibility to block off days when you’re unavailable, but most shoots take place between 9AM-5PM on weekdays, with the occasional evening or Saturday option if clients request it.

There’s a lot of driving (sometimes up to an hour between properties) and navigating back and forth through traffic will be a daily activity.

Shoots are usually booked 2-4 days in advance, so flexibility is key

You’ll need to stay organized, tech-savvy, and punctual

Pay & Perks

Paid training: $15/hour (on-site hours, depending on experience)

Standard shoots: $25 per unit (~1 hour on-site)

Increased rate: $30 per unit after earning your FAA Part 107 drone certification, then $35 after video training

Mileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mile

Gear provided: Full professional camera and equipment setup

Mentorship: Paid training plus ongoing coaching and support

Drone support: Guidance and reimbursement assistance to obtain your FAA Part 107 license (required within 1 month of hire)

Growth potential: Opportunity to expand hours, services, and pay as the business grows

(Pay is piece-rate and based on scheduled on-site shoot time, not hourly door-to-door. Drive time is partially reimbursed through mileage.)

Ideal Candidate

Lives near Cleburne **MAX 10miles away if not within city**

Must be available at least 3-4 weekdays between typical business hours of 9AM-5PM (occasional flexibility)

Reliable, clean transportation and valid driver’s license

Friendly, outgoing, and professional with clients

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable learning tech (camera, apps, uploads)

Positive energy - you’re the face of our brand!
