We’re looking for a Workday Developer to join our growing Application Platforms team. If you’re passionate about building smart, scalable solutions and want to make a meaningful impact in a people-first environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
As a key technical resource, you’ll support, configure and optimise our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system across multiple functional areas including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking and UK Payroll. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and help shape the future of our HR technology landscape.
What you’ll do:
Configure, test and deploy Workday HCM solutions across various modules
Develop and maintain integrations with external applications and data warehouses
Create advanced reports, dashboards and calculated fields to support decision-making
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues
Manage security roles, user access and business process configurations
Stay up to date with Workday releases and industry best practices
Support training and change management initiatives
Mentor HRIS team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
Expertise in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), EIBs and calculated fields
Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, etc.)
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to data integrity, confidentiality and continuous improvement
Workday certification and global team experience are a plus
