Russian-Speaking Account Manager Full Time (Onsite, Malta)

They are a compact, agile team, always innovating and expanding.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Russian-Speaking Account Manager to join our clients growing team in Malta. No industry experience is required if you are client-focused, adaptable, and fluent in Russian, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.

Manage client inquiries and projects end-to-end respond to requests, follow up, and ensure expectations are met.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help grow client accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

Maintain accurate client records and track all interactions in the CRM system.

Monitor account performance, provide updates, and proactively suggest improvements.

What Were Looking For

Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
