Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Iowa with on-call responsibilities during the holiday period.
Responsibilities
Position is in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
8-hour day shifts with required on-call coverage
On-call coverage is required between 12/24 and 12/28
Candidates must have minimal requested time off and be available for assigned on-call dates
Responsibilities include daily perioperative nursing care and teamwork with surgical staff
Candidates are expected to comply with all hospital policies and maintain verification of licensing and certification
Requirements
Active IA or compact RN license
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in the operating room
All additional certifications required for the specialty
