Accountant – Full-Time or Part-Time CPA Firm

A well-established CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable accountant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bank reconciliations using QuickBooks

File and remit sales tax returns across multiple states

Prepare and file payroll tax returns

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Prepare individual and business tax returns using Drake Software

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Drake Software preferred

Experience with multi-state sales tax filings

Strong understanding of payroll tax processes

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
