Multi Family Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong leasing experience at multi family properties for a full time management position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients, as well as all aspects of managing the property. We put a strong emphasis on bringing up occupancy. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, legal knowledge, and a keen understanding of the real estate market.

Duties

-Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants.

-Assist clients in completing lease applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.

-Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and tenant information.

-Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

-Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure properties are well-maintained.

-Manage the maintenance staff to more efficiently carry out all maintenance tasks.

-Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or upgrades to prospective tenants.

-Fill vacancies and reach target occupancy goals.

-Support legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements and compliance with regulations.

-Coordinate with the corporate office on all aspects of the property.

Skills

-Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

-Proficient in office administration tasks, including document management and scheduling.

-Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and contracts.

-Familiarity with facilities management principles.

-Experience in upselling products or services effectively.

-Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is desirable.

-Background in real estate administration or property leasing will be beneficial.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
