THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

Maintain and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers

Train, manage, and develop third-party logistics providers

Investigate, monitor and respond to core operational performance (KPIs) for on-streets operations

Implement the company’s operational best practices

Optimise the logistics work for a great customer experience: vehicles need to be in the right place, at the right time

Coordinate with regional market teams for vehicle transfers

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Experience managing subcontractors or key account management in a logistics or operational context

Bachelor’s degree is a plus

2-3+ years relevant experience

Skills & Competencies:

Strong German and English language skills required

Management or supervisory experience in a blue-collar environment desired

Good analytical skills, curiosity, and ability to work with data sets: Excel/ gSheets skills are a must

Experience working with subcontractors, contract management or key account management is essential

Ability and willingness to work autonomously and take responsibility and ownership, while still working towards company objectives

Demonstrates ability to plan ahead – structured, organised, and proactive

Calm in the face of pressure, doesn’t get overwhelmed easily
