What You'll Do:

Manage a high volume of daily phone screens (9–10 per day) with prospective flight crew candidates

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, fit, and readiness for next steps

Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to ensure alignment on staffing needs and timelines

Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems to reflect current status

Provide an excellent candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally throughout the process

Drive results by meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly hiring goals

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruiting

Demonstrated ability to handle large candidate pipelines while maintaining quality assessments

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in aviation recruiting is a plus but not required
