Job Description

This team is a family-owned and operated manufacturer specializing in sheet metal products particularly pipes, ducts, and fittings for the wholesale HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry. The Maintenance Technician supports our maintenance department and overall plant operations by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery, production equipment, and facility systems. This role is essential to minimizing downtime and ensuring that production equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

You will be include but are not limited to supporting our maintenance staff by fulfilling maintenance orders and performing preventative maintenance on various types of machinery, equipment and the facility

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment

Primarily responsible for the production equipment including preventive and predictive maintenance of machines, equipment and plant facilities

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the processes related to the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust production machinery/workstations

Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work/repairs performed

Qualifications and Requirements:

An AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance is a plus.

3+ years of experience in maintenance in general manufacturing equipment and processes. pneumatics. hydraulics with willingness to train proprietary equipment.

HVACexperience a plus

Machining or welding experience is required.

Valid Driver's License

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,320. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
