EVS Technician

Job Description

Status: Full Time/Exempt

Reports To: EVS Manager

A. Purpose and Scope of Position

This position is responsible for performing specific cleaning duties to maintain a clean and aseptic environment throughout the facility. The Environmental Services (EVS) Tech performs designated cleaning and sanitizing duties. The EVS Tech is responsible for the cleanliness of the interior of the facility. Duties include, but are not limited to, routine cleaning of patient rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting rooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, furniture, and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; will consider applicants that are currently students or have extensive work experience.

Previous cleaning experience

Knowledge of Aseptic technique

COMPENSATION

$16.59 - $19.08 DOE
