Superintendent – OSHPD 1 Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager and Estimator to develop work plans and CPM schedules.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project documentation and ensure timely, accurate communication with the project team.
Lead site logistics planning and execution in coordination with the Project Manager.
Supervise and mentor field teams to drive high performance and quality results.
Maintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineers on project status and progress.
Ensure all required permits and inspections are secured and completed.
Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders, including the public.
Conduct weekly “toolbox talk” safety meetings and ensure site-wide compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial construction supervision experience.
Experience with OSHPD-1 projects preferred.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe.
Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $160,000 – $250,000/year (commensurate with experience)
