Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a specialty retail pharmacy in Columbus. This role offers the chance to join a dedicated care team focused on serving plex patient populations.

Location: Columbus, OH

Start Date: September 29, 2025

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no weekends)

What Youll Do:

Support patients managing multiple chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, MS)

Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently in a high-volume retail setting

municate clearly and passionately with patients, many of whom may have low literacy or are managing advanced chronic illnesses

Utilize PioneerRx (experience preferred, but training available)

What Were Looking For:

Retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience

Strong knowledge of the top 200400 retail medications

Exceptional munication skills and patience when working with vulnerable populations

Experience supporting Medicare/Medicaid patients a plus
