Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's needs.
Provide direct therapy services, utilizing teletherapy platforms as required.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive environment for students.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outes.
Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current licensure and certification (SLP-CCC).
Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in a school setting.
Proficient in using teletherapy tools and technology.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and families.
