Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What Youll Do:

Support daily pharmacy operations MondayFriday, 8am5pm (no weekends)

Work closely with patients managing multiple chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, MS, etc.)

Handle prescription processing, insurance verification, and inventory management

municate effectively and patiently with a diverse patient population, including Medicare/Medicaid recipients

Utilize Pioneer Rx software (training available if no prior experience)

Requirements:

Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License

Strong retail or specialty pharmacy experience

Proven knowledge of top 200400 monly prescribed medications

Excellent munication and customer service skills, especially with patients managing chronic illnesses

Ability to work with patients who may have low literacy levels, demonstrating empathy and clarity in munication
