Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join a dynamic pharmacy team in Park City, MT. This contract-to-hire position offers a pathway to long-term employment, ideal for candidates willing to relocate and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety.

Prepare and package non-sterile medications; sterile compounding is not required.

Assist with register operations, drive-thru service, and prescription entry.

Ensure compliance with store policies, state and federal laws, and applicable compounding standards.

Oversee pharmacy technicians daily, ensuring proper workflow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License is required; pending licenses considered, though licensing costs are the candidates responsibility.

BLS Certification.

Immunization Certification.

Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience; strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Liberty pharmacy software preferred.

Previous experience handling high-volume pharmacy environments is advantageous.

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Day shift schedule.
