Join a global company with international exposure as a Transportation Coordinator for Summer 2026! In this role, you’ll take charge of the daily transportation logistics for our international students, ensuring smooth and timely transfers between their accommodation, school, and activities. You’ll work closely with transport providers and staff to manage schedules, confirm details, and solve any on-the-spot challenges. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process of our student's transportation
- Address any transportation-related concerns and ensure students and leaders feel supported.
- Work closely with our local transport provider.
- Adapt to last-minute changes and ensure
solutions are implemented efficiently.

- Strong communicator - you can clearly convey information to students, staff and suppliers.

- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport)
Details:
- Duration: Contracts starting from end of May till August.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English. - - Must be available for training dates before start date. Mandatory training will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon.
