From greeting new arrivals and answering their questions to supporting them throughout their stay, you’ll be the friendly face that makes them feel at home. You’ll also play a key role in building a positive, energetic school environment and planning special moments—like an amazing graduation celebration! What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist students, ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere
- Plan and coordinate student intakes and arrival events
- Resolve student issues and deliver great customer experience
- Reception duties, handling student inquires and assisting them
- Support the team by helping with the themed activities, running breaks and creating a positive social atmosphere.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception and school area and share emergency phone duties on a rota.
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, organized, and a customer focused individual.
- Able to thrive in a high-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Positive, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure students and staff have an exceptional experience.
- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport)
Details:
- Duration: Contracts starting from end of May till August.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English. - - Must be available for training dates before start date. Mandatory training will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon.
