Join a global company with international exposure as an Airport Coordinator for Summer 2026! In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our arrivals and departures operations, making sure every student’s journey to and from Malta runs smoothly. You’ll keep track of all incoming and outgoing groups, prepare detailed schedules and information for the team and transport providers, and ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment, this is the perfect role to keep everything moving seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate all student arrivals and departures
- Prepare and maintain accurate schedules for incoming and outgoing groups
- Be present at the airport to welcome all new students with their leaders and make sure they get on the right transfer to their accommodation
- Work closely with the wider team to share daily updates and logistics information
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues quickly and efficiently
Who You Are:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Calm, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people from different cultures
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and solving problems on the spot
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and always ready to help create a great first impression for our students
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport)
Details:
- Duration: Contract starting from mid/end of May till August.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English.
- Must be available for training dates before start date. Mandatory training will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon.
