Interior Designer

Job Description

We’re hiring experienced interior designers to join our growing team. This is a great fit for someone who loves designing vacation homes, understands hospitality trends, and knows how great design & amenities impact bookings and guest satisfaction.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Create mood boards and cohesive design concepts aligned with client goals

Develop and manage furniture and décor plans within budget

Source furniture, lighting, and décor, and coordinate purchasing

Prepare installation plans and collaborate with our install team

Manage 3–4 client projects per month from concept through completion

Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and contractorsQualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional interior design experience

Strong portfolio showing completed design projects

Experience in hospitality or vacation rental design preferred

Skilled in digital design and presentation tools

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projectsAbout Company

Full-time
