End-to-End Supply Planning:

Manage the full supply planning cycle to ensure customer demand is met effectively and efficiently.

Define and deploy supply planning models that align with customer requirements and business objectives.

Apply component categorization to prioritize planning and improve operational efficiency.

Establish statistically driven buffers in appropriate locations to ensure supply continuity.

Identify and implement lead time reduction strategies and address material shortages or excesses proactively.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):

Actively contribute to the S&OP process.

Define and implement cost-effective supply strategies to support demand plans.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply capabilities with commercial and operational goals.

Inventory & Buffer Management:

Develop and maintain inventory buffer strategies using structured statistical models.

Monitor buffer performance and adjust levels to support supply chain resilience and working capital targets.

Lead Time Optimization:

Identify and lead initiatives to reduce lead times across key product lines.

Implement process enhancements to drive agility and responsiveness across the supply chain.

Material Management:

Monitor material availability and risks related to shortages or excess inventory.

Drive resolution plans and collaborate with relevant teams to balance material flows effectively.

Statistical Planning & Data Analysis:

Leverage statistical models to support concurrent planning and forecasting activities.

Perform in-depth data analysis to drive insights and inform decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with finance, factory planning, demand planning, commodity management, and engineering teams

Ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.

10-15 years in supply chain planning, preferably in an international OEM or high-tech manufacturing environment.

Exposure to telecom, electronics, or hyperscale environments is an advantage.

Proficiency in supply planning tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.

Strong command of Excel and database tools for modeling and analysis.

Advanced analytical and statistical acumen with the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.

Fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension) to support communication with global stakeholders.
