Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Plumber will work on various projects, including residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems.

Perform welding as necessary for various plumbing applications.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.

Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other tradespeople during remodeling projects to ensure plumbing meets building codes.

Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance field.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing tasks.

Experience with pipe threading techniques and welding is highly desirable.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for commercial driving tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
