Our Kennewick, WA office is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to be our primary point of contact. You'll assist people over the phone, complete accurate data entry, and deliver professional customer service, playing a critical part in our success. SCHEDULE:

You'll work in our office from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to type 40+ WPM

Multitasking and time management abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Friendly personality with strong customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Fluency in English and Spanish - preferred

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

Our Front Desk Receptionist is the face and voice of our organization! In this entry-level position, you'll be answering phone calls, completing accurate data entry, providing warm customer service, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You'll speak with people over the phone, schedule appointments, and answer any questions with a warm and upbeat attitude. Attentive to detail, you'll register new patients, enter data into our system, and accept and post payments. When you're not engaging with patients, you'll support clinicians and office staff with other entry-level duties, like filing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying documents.
