Role Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a professional-level Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives, primarily for Flight Attendant roles. This position is focused on inbound recruiting through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), not active sourcing. The recruiter will also assist in planning and executing local hiring events in Columbus.
This role requires a consultative and adaptable communication style to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for corporate and professional roles (e.g., HR, CSR, Talent Acquisition, Aviation) rather than trade or warehouse positions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business
2–4 years of volume recruiting experience in a professional setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
