Qualifications:

5 years of experience in project management or in a related field.

Proven track record of successful performance leading teams and managing projects.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey updates, and issues effectively.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve complex issues.

Strong decision-making capabilities with a focus on achieving outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Manager who shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed.

The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.

The Project Manager is further designated as Key by the Government.

During any absence of the Project Manager, only one alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to work performed under this contract.

The Contractor shall provide the necessary educational/training/management support to effectively and efficiently manage and administer selected portions of FEMA's IS Program.

The Contractor shall communicate with representatives from States (State Training Officers), local government, higher education programs, other Federal programs, related associations and organizations, and private citizens requesting access to training records or other information on the IS program and courses.

The Contractor shall communicate with students on student services, such as applications and student profiles, student records, and official transcripts.
