What You’ll Get:

Pay: $22/hr during probation $25–$27/hr + OT at 1.5x

Annual Earnings: Most drivers earn $60,000–$80,000+

Top drivers make $130K+ with performance bonuses!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (most drivers work 4 days/week with 3-day weekends)

Hours: 8:15 AM start – routes typically finish between 3–5 PM

Company Vehicle Provided: Clean, new, high-tech Sprinter Vans

Local Routes Only: No long hauls – all routes are within Bend and surrounding areas

Opportunities to Grow: Performance bonuses + advancement available

Job Duties:

Deliver packages on organized local residential routes

60–80 stops/day (depending on route)

Provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining safety standards

What You Need to Apply:

21+ years old with valid driver’s license

Clean driving record

Able to pass background check & drug screening

Reliable, punctual, and a team player – no CDL required!
