Job Title: Experiential Design Prototypist (Restaurant Concepts)

We are searching for a highly imaginative and skilled Experiential Plating & Prop Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you have a passion for theatrical design, precision fabrication, and "shock-and-awe" dining, this is your opportunity to build the fantastical, creative vehicles that transform every dish into a memorable performance.

Instead of plain white plates, your creations will serve as the unexpected, over-the-top foundation for our culinary concepts—from giant popcorn makers to life-sized swords and beyond.

The Mission: Concept, Create, and Construct

Conceptualize & Design: Generate novel and imaginative ideas for custom food display vehicles that enhance the culinary story and push the boundaries of dining presentation.

Fabricate Prototypes: Utilize skills in mechanical assembly and high-quality craftsmanship to build durable, aesthetic, working prototypes for our creative dishes.

Execute to Detail: Focus on the precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal required for repeated, high-volume restaurant use.

Collaborate: Partner with in-house designers, chefs, managers, and the company owner to ensure the final product delivers the restaurant's visionary, multi-sensory experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

Creative Mindset with a relentless flair for design, innovation, and theatrical presentation.

Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship in physical fabrication and assembly.

Skilled in using power tools and other fabrication equipment to develop working prototypes from specifications and drawings.

Self-sufficient creator who can manage a project from abstract concept through final construction.

Proficiency in CAD and 3D Modeling Software is a significant advantage.
