We are currently seeking an experienced Field Power Generator Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on a variety of power generation equipment in the field. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while delivering top-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas-powered generators
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in the field
Document work performed and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a generator technician or similar role
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
