We are a highly rated and reputable Mobile Event Bartending company based in Charlotte that is getting EXTREMELY busy, and I need experienced, professional and reliable Bartenders to work at various events - Weddings; Rehearsal Dinners; Private Parties; Corporate Events and more

I have worked incredibly hard to build this business into a success with 139 5-Star Reviews on The Knot and 96 5-Star Reviews on Google, so I need candidates that are hardworking and professional not only to represent us in a classy and professional manner, I also want you to grow with us and be an integral part of our team. The busier we get, the more shifts I can offer and the more I will be able to pay per hour.

We are a preferred vendor at many venues in NC and SC, and it is important that we maintain those relationships because they are hard to obtain and easy to lose, so excellent communication skills and an understanding of what is at stake in VERY important.

Most events are Friday, Saturday and Sunday but now with more corporate events booking, there are also weekday shifts as well.

Our attire is all black (Polo or button-down shirts, black pants and black shoes - we want to look professional and put together)

Being on time and time management is incredibly important - you have limited time to setup prior to events, and you may run into traffic.

Reliable transportation is a must

To set expectations, as a mobile bar service, we haul everything in, set it up, serve, then break it down and haul it back out so it will be very helpful if you can lift 30 - 50 pounds

Some travel (45 min to 2.5 hours+/-) required to get to some venues but will try to keep you as close to home as possible, and you will get paid for travel time over an hour in each direction.

Huge plus if you have a vehicle that is big enough to carry coolers and bar equipment but not a deal breaker.

We pay weekly on Wednesdays via direct deposit through Paychex Flex

In addition to your hourly pay, you will receive tips (all bartenders at an event will split equally) and you will receive the day of the event either in cash or Venmo.
