One of our clients, a manufacturer in the door and window industry, is looking for a Senior ERP Programmer to join their team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing the company's ERP system. As a true technical expert, you will contribute to the organization's digital transformation and technological innovation. Curious, rigorous, and solution-oriented, you will work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, production, sales, logistics) to analyze needs, design appropriate solutions, automate processes, and ensure the performance and continuous evolution of the ERP platform and integrated systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

ERP development and customization – 35% of the role

-Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules tailored to functional requirements

-Customize and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reliability

-Integrate ERP with other systems (CRM, production tools, Prextra, third-party solutions)

-Develop analytical reports and monitoring tools to support decision-making

Analysis, automation, and continuous improvement – 25% of the role

-Assess user needs and recommend functional and technical improvements

-Participate in factory automation projects and ensure compatibility between different systems

-Identify opportunities for technological improvement and propose standards and procedures

-Monitor technological developments in order to integrate best practices in ERP

Technical support and expertise – 20% of the role

-Provide expert-level support to key users and internal teams

-Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to ERP and associated applications

-Train and support users on Prextra and new ERP features

-Participate in the maintenance and smooth operation of IT environments in collaboration with the technical team

Collaboration with other services – 20% of the role

-Participate in the planning and deployment of new ERP modules

-Monitor the progress of ongoing projects

-Collaborate with department managers to align the ERP with business objectives

-Contribute to the technical and functional documentation of the solutions implemented

Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday (38 to 40 hours/week)

-University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related experience

-Minimum of 7 to 10 years of programming experience, including several years specifically in ERP

-Experience in manufacturing or custom ERP (knowledge of Prextra)

-Strong command of ERP-related programming languages (C#, SQL)

-Good knowledge of SQL Server, ASP/ASP.net, MQTT, and relational databases

-Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

-Knowledge of Prextra CDID software (a significant asset)

-Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)

-Knowledge of unit testing

-Understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, production, sales)

-Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions

-Ability to design and develop complex, high-performance ERP modules

-Ability to integrate systems and automate processes

-Ability to perform testing, production rollout, maintenance, and technical documentation

-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
