What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating team meetings and requirements for the Future Business & Technology (FB&T) team e.g. team events, team communications, floorplate briefs etc including the arranging of internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and venues etc
Arranging and co-ordinating travel requirements and associated costs using the Company systems such as those associated with procurement/expenses. Including co-ordination of inbound international engagements (e.g. with Norway and Australia)
Arranging visits to site for customers & suppliers
Support the FB&T Norway team with document management and filing including support to migration between SharePoint sites
Collecting, analysing and processing documentation, as required, to support the team for routine meetings and events
Collating data or information to produce bespoke reports, schedules, presentations, summaries and letters as required for internal or external distribution
Support technology engineering team to raise routine POs on the approved business systems and chasing down invoices and processing payments
Support the team in using Confluence as tool a for communication and information
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Excellent administrative skills and competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
Competent in the use of a range of IT systems and databases with the ability to input information, run reports and present information
Good organisational, time and workload management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver effectively using judgement
Good communication (written and verbal) and the ability to understand and identify key stakeholders and work well independently and within the team environment
Desirable:
Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience

The Business Support function:
The Business Support function has c.65 Administrators and Personal Assistants deployed across the UK and Canada who are key to enabling the Business’s people and processes.
You will work independently to support the FB&T team who are based across the UK and you will play a pivotal role in enabling the management population to achieve their business objectives.
There are a broad range of activities undertaken by the FB&T team which means every day requires agile and pro-active behaviours.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, support the team and be welcomed to bring fresh ideas and share new ways of working to enable continual improvement in the local team and wider Business Support function.
