Are you experienced within an operational logistics role? Then this could be the right vacancy for you! We are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator at GXO Logistics, supporting our logistics site in Hammersbach (Germany).

Your role / What your day as Transport Coordinator looks like:

Take over of the carrier management for one of our warehouses

Overview the entire transport process

Run and analyze KPI based reports and optimize processes

Monitor the entire transport flow with your carriers

Identify potential improvements in transport processes and implement them

With your experience you will increase operational efficiency

Act as an interface between the carriers, the customer and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile:

Vocational training in logistics and transport management or similar

3-5 years of experience in a similar role in carrier or transport management within a forwarding agency or 3PL environment

Experience with carrier and warehouse management systems (CMS/WMS)

Analytical mindset witch good Excel skills and able to take actions based on your reports

Fluent German and English both spoken and written

You are customer focused, and you are going the extra mile to ensure smooth operations

You are a team player who can also work independently on assigned tasks
