Lead a team of Baristas and Shift Managers, inspiring them every single day

Combine strategy and practice: from administration and sales to being hands-on on the floor

Create a unique Starbucks experience for every guest together with your team

Who you are as a Store Manager

You’re a born leader with hospitality in your DNA:

Proven management experience in hospitality or retail

Able to inspire and motivate your team with your enthusiasm and vision

Flexible to work weekends and public holidays

Strong communicator in both Dutch and English

Goal-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
