Director – Agency (Property Sector, London) Up to £110,000 per annum Full-Time Permanent Our client a leading organisation in the Property sector are looking to recruit an experienced Director – Agency.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving commercial growth, leading a high-performing team, and strengthening client relationships across the London market.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in office agency, deal-making, and strategic business development, coupled with a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership style.

Key responsibilities include: Leading the agency strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives Overseeing business development and pipeline management across the London market Mentoring and developing a high-performing, inclusive team Building strong client relationships and representing the business at external events Driving process improvements, reporting accuracy, and CRM adoption Leveraging technology and market insights to enhance performance and client outcomes Promoting cross-departmental collaboration to achieve shared success The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading agency teams, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering strategic results.
