Senior Director – Head of Investor (Property Sector, London) Up to £115,000 per annum + £25,000–£40,000 bonus Full-Time Permanent Our client a forward-thinking organisation in the Property sector are looking to recruit a Senior Director – Head of Investor.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving the growth and delivery of the company’s investor service line, overseeing high-profile real estate projects and shaping the strategic direction of the business.

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead a high-performing team and manage major projects, including Cat A+ fit-outs, building refurbishments, and full repositioning schemes.

Key responsibilities include: Defining and delivering the growth strategy for the investor service line Leading end-to-end project delivery for investor-led developments Overseeing commercial performance, P&L, and pipeline management Building and mentoring a high-performing, collaborative team Developing strong relationships with landlords, developers, and asset managers Leading business development and securing major client instructions Representing the company at key industry events and thought leadership forums The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and commercial real estate, with a strong track record in business development, team leadership, and investor relations.
