Now Hiring: Arizona-Based Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)
Location Requirement: Must reside in Arizona and hold an active AZ NP license.
AZ Sleep is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to support our Sleep Apnea and Treatment Program as an independent contractor. We are specifically looking for candidates who live in Arizona and are licensed to practice in the state, as you will be working with patients connected to our Glendale clinic.
This is a part-time, flexible opportunity, ideal for a provider with a background in sleep disorders, pulmonary care, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage patients with sleep-related conditions, especially obstructive sleep apnea
Conduct follow-ups, treatment assessments, and patient education
Collaborate with our Glendale-based care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide expert guidance on treatment options, including the use of oral appliances and interpretation of sleep study results
Requirements:
Must reside in Arizona
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona (AZ)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sleep medicine, pulmonary care, or a related field
Working knowledge of the AdvancedMD EMR system is beneficial
Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with sleep disorders
Comfortable working independently
Previous experience with CPAP and alternative therapies preferred
Must be able to function as a 1099 independent contractor
