Job Title: Delivery Program Manager I

Profile Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Proven experience in managing IT projects.

Solid background in the Retail industry, particularly in Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Advanced English proficiency is desirable.

Position Overview

The Delivery Program Manager I will be responsible for managing projects related to major retail clients (e.g., Walmart, Cencosud, Falabella, Ripley, etc.), with a focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with both client technical teams and NCR Voyix internal teams, as well as the ability to engage with client management levels.

Key Responsibilities

Process Understanding:

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the functional flows implemented in retail POS systems, including : regular sales, credit notes, item and price updates, promotions, customer loyalty programs, POS interactions with third parties, omnichannel concepts, and transactional switch operations.

Client Requirements Management:

Although NCR has dedicated functional analyst teams, the Delivery Program Manager I must fully understand each client’s new requirements and oversee the end-to-end management process.

Incident Management:

Oversee client support contracts, ensuring that all incidents reported by clients are properly tracked and managed, while coordinating with NCR’s specialized support teams.

Communication and Reporting:

Responsible for producing management reports and handling communication and escalation processes both with clients and internally within NCR Voyix.

Work Modality

This is a hybrid position based in the Metropolitan Region. The candidate must be available for on-site work several days per week at client facilities (client offices or laboratories) and at NCR Voyix offices as required. The remainder of the work may be performed remotely.
